Foreign Producers who do not have a registered office in Italy and sell their tobacco products on the Italian territory are required to comply with national legal obligations (Legislative Decree 196/2021). For this, the legislation provides for the appointment of an Authorized Representative responsible for fulfilling the obligations falling on the Producer. In order to facilitate this process, Erion Care Members can make use of an Authorized Representative for tobacco products with filter and filters marketed for use in combination with tobacco products.
