Erion Care guarantees and supports – in the interest and on behalf of its Producers – compliance with all the requirements aimed at counteracting the littering of tobacco product waste, reducing its negative impacts on the environment and ensuring its effective and efficient management as set out in Legislative Decree 196/2021.
The main deliberative body of the Producer Responsibility Organization is represented by the Members’ Assembly, which supervises and monitors the proper functioning of the organizational, administrative and operational structure.
Erion Care is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 1 President an 7 Directors, representatives of the member companies and expressing the wishes of all Producers.
